“It was an honor for Level 3 to be one of the few U.S. NTT Com Partner Carriers invited to 2011’s ArcStar Carrier Forum. With our recent acquisition of Global Crossing, we are laser-focused on not only strengthening the global availability and reliability of our services – particularly in Asia – but also ensuring that together with NTT, we offer an unparalleled customer experience. The event was extremely well planned and executed, delivering presentations centered around customer-oriented operations for comprehensively enhanced service quality.

The break-out sessions were exceptionally productive and informative, offering an opportunity to not only learn best practices and strengthen relationships within the community of Forum members, but also brainstorm ideas for improvement in key areas like service delivery and operations. We were especially encouraged with the amount of interest that most of the attendees had around Cloud Computing and E-bonding, and brought this feedback to our teams at our corporate headquarters in Broomfield, Colo.

Lastly, it was a great opportunity to meet with members of the NTT team with whom we collaborate but don’t often see face to face. Thank you again for the opportunity.”
